A handsome free
-standing large Renaissance Villa in its own flower filled grounds,
regularly attended to by two professional gardeners.
The groundfloor of the house comprises an imposing entrance with a
spacious
reception room,
a large dining room, a well-equipped kitchen and a
breakfast room
with an open fireplace in sixteenth century stone.
The
dining room can accommodate eight to ten people for a formal
lunch or dinner. We can offer different themed table settings
according to your preference.
You will see from the photographs for example, a table setting with
a
grape theme, the other with a
corn theme.
These and the other table settings are strongly connected with a
countryside atmosphere, bringing a tranquil and reposed influence.
As well as an open fireplace, the room contains a display cabinet
full of antique porcelains from Faenza.
On the second floor a big landing leads to three double bedrooms and
two singles.
In the left wing, the

with en
suite bathroom includes bathtub and shower.
The blue room also has an en suite bathroom with a bathtub.
In the right wing,

light blue bedroom with king-sized bed, and a beige
bedroom with two single beds that share an
adjoining bathroom.
The Villa also comprises a stunning
Renaissance private chapel.
Other exciting and unique features of the Villa comprise an
authentic
rustic
kitchen with real pizza oven, where pizza can be enjoyed with
friends.
Next to the

museum with a large collection of ancient iron hand made tools.
A

on the left side of the main villa overlooks the surrounding
landscape and woodland giving a great sense of serenity.
A private pool with dressing room, and shower room is beautifully surrounded
